Meet Samantha
Hi! My name is Sam (she/her) and I am a registered psychotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario. Because the relationship you have with your therapist can be very influential to outcomes, I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself! (Check out my "about" page to hear more about my professional background and training)I’ve been a mental health therapist for over 5 years and I love my job. I truly believe that growth rarely comes from staying in your comfort zone, and continuously learning and training in the field of psychotherapy has been rewarding and challenging for me. With that being said, supporting clients in facilitating their goals and wellbeing is by far the coolest part of my day-to-day, and I feel very privileged to be able to hold that space!
In my free time, I enjoy a cozy mystery, joyful movement, spending time with loved ones, throwing down in the kitchen, travel, and trying new things. One goal I’m excited to pursue in 2026 is making time for creativity, and I’ve recently started junk journalling.
Scheduling
Sam is currently providing psychotherapy services in-person on Mondays and virtually Tuesday-Friday. See below for approximate session availability:
Monday: 12:00pm-7:00pm
Tuesday: 9am-3pm
Wednesday: 12:00pm-7:00pm
Thursdays: 12:00pm-7:00pm
Friday: 10am-4pm
